Are the black spots mold? (The white is condensation bc i just washed it out)

I have no clue if this is mold. It smells fine except for a bit of a smokiness and I clean it with alcohol and warm water before every session but these spots persist.

I will admit that I have been known to let water sit in it for a bit but no more than 12 hours usually and I’ve never let it sit for longer than a day and I have a dab rig that’s had water sit in it for just as long and it’s pristine.

Ive had other bongs that got like this but I assumed it was just difficult to clean resin spots. please help me out
