Debit card stolen airport atm

I have a debit card that I never use.
I withdrew cash upon landing a Sao Paolo before exiting immigration. Statement said DAI Brazil.
A few days later fraudulent activity happened. My bank immediately caught it.
Again I only used this card at this one place in the last year. The machine or systems are compromised.
It seems DAI, whoever they are, would be interested in this as it should be easy to track.
Any ideas how to get this to the right place?
