may I pick your brain?

I need pool therapy/exercise. I do not own a pool.
I walk with a walker. I cannot navigate steps without a rail on one side and my cane on the other.
Are there any pools in sonoma County, that are public, that are disabled friendly? (my insurance will not pay for hydro therapy if course)
