Second time..

Going for my second attempt
First was a failed attempt on an emerald star that had a leave fall. Those ended up rotting.
This guy had a leave with what looked like a sunburn hole in the top section.
Just cut these two.
What I’ve learned from research: 1)make sure the leaves are facing the right way. 2) let callous for a few days. 3) stick in water and wait (some times a looooong time. 4(repot when pup is a few inches tall and do not remove mother leafed
Any other advice would be appreciated.
