Ordered a package and it’s in customs

I ordered a package of San Pedro Incense, it’s been in customs for 8 days, hasn’t been scanned since Dec 22 it’s now December 30, should I be worried I won’t get my product or is it running behind because of the holidays? I ordered the same product but half the amount and was in customs for 5 days but everyday it was scanned, any advice on what I should do? Any advice would help
