How much light is necessary while overwintering?

Post Body

If I understand correctly, temperature is the primary factor in inducing dormancy. Somewhere between 30-50 degrees, correct?

Is one small south facing window adequate for 100 plants if the temperature requirement is met? Would it be beneficial to put up a single 250w LED alongside the window or is that unnecessary?

I can put them in my garage up on this workbench next to a south facing window and meet the temp requirement. Just wondering if it's enough light.

I’ve always used a large closet with a few artificial lights but the ceiling in there is beginning to cave in a bit and, well, I care more about the plants 😂
