Help pleaseā¦ is this rot or a humidity blister?

First 3 pics are today. 4th pic is two days ago. Opened up the room to decrease humidity and it seems to have helped some. Itās soft where itās black but otherwise seems healthy. Hadnāt watered in months until yesterday.
