Okay so after reading other reviews and going there on different days spanning over some months, I'm happy to share my review and insight of Em Quyen Cafe.

I think for sure the best times to go are like 9:30am-1pm, Tuesday, and Friday - Sunday. The girls they got working those days are snatched af and will absolutely treat you right if you tip.

I think this place of all the cafes in this genre is my favorite. DV Cafe might have more variety of service, but the girls at Em Quyen working on the days I mentioned are gorgeous, and attentive.

The answers you're looking for: tip, read the room, read the girl's comfort level, be patient, use common sense. Finally, shower beforehand and clean yaself up. Girls won't approach you if you're looking dirty, or super unattractive looking.
