I am old enough to know what I want and before we begin you must be a non-smoker, drug-free etc. I will be hoping to travel a lot this year and I want someone to go with me who is ready to be a partner in life. I am not interested in single moms or a woman who desires kids, as I am past that stage in my life and have raised my kids already. I want a woman who is hard working, but not necessarily in a career as I would want you to ideally step away from that to travel with me and possibly be with me as I am retiring soon.  I do not want someone who is a money hungry person, I can smell the type from a mile away.  We will have nice things, but I am NOT materialistic at all, so you should be of the same mindset. You should be kinky and fun because I am not into the 'normal' intimacy most people are accustomed to.  Please have great hygiene and brush your teeth a lot.  

I am not interested in a woman who is religious as I am not myself and have no interest in feeling like I am removing a woman from their religion or having a negative impact on it which could lead to emotional issues etc. On this note, please be someone who is able to challenge me in thought sometimes, engage in conversations where we have varied opinions and in a way that is not combative. Explore with me new ideas and concepts.

I can't believe this is a request I have to put into here, but there seems a large segment of our population that could care less about dental hygiene.  No hang ups please and no drama. I don't want someone fighting calls away from your exes and any drama that come with that. The stalking, the "I want you back" crap, etc. I don't care if you have a friend who is an ex, as I am not the jealous type, but I will also not tolerate being walked on.

Someone who has no long-term medical issues (disabilities) that would prevent them from enjoying the ability to travel, inside and outside the country. You don't need to worry about being able to 'afford' anything, as while you are with me, I would help you build a savings, and ensure you have a small allowance to ensure you both get to have things without checking in with me, but also so if you ever decide you want to leave, you are not feeling trapped financially.  I will ensure you have the ability to handle yourself if the relationship ever ends. But do not come into the relationship with the intention of a 'free ride'. I know the type and I have no interest in a gold digger of any form. I have a large home and a couple rooms to spare...so on that note...

I would prefer someone who sooner than later would even consider moving into my home prior to any travel so we can really stress test our compatibility and make sure we are on the same page. There are sometimes women who read ads like this and think, he could never choose me...but you would be surprised. I am looking for the oddball, weird one who don't fit in? Don't have a car? That is ok, I have a few, so you don't need to have one. Don't have an amazing job? You could work at McDonalds and I would not mind. Are you too shy, too nerdy? Then you are possibly who I am looking for.  I just want a woman who has maybe had a rough go of it, so would appreciate an easier life all that much more, with someone like myself.  I am not at all interested in games, smokers, drama and 'natural' women who dis-believe in deodorant or shaving etc.  Sorry, just not my thing. Please let me know if this strange proposal works. I replied to someone yesterday who yelled at me over "asking if they would like to meet up over coffee" and they lost their damn mind.  If you are so jaded over online dating that you will not text soon after reaching out, or grab a coffee and conversation, then I don' t know what to tell you, other than you MISS ALL THE SHOTS YOU DON'T TAKE in life. And I am someone who takes shots. You never know when one ad can change your entire life, change the course of your future for the better.
