Post Body
What separates a good taqueria from a mediocre one? What do you look for when judging a Tex-Mex restaurant?

Meh I don't go out for easy Mexican food that my family makes when we are lazy and not wanting to spend time cooking, I want the good stuff.
When I judge the Chorizo it's because some use nasty ass quality. Las Carretas they make it themselves and damn it's so good!!!
Edit: misspelling and punctuation

Guac?
Is that a thing people go for?
I judge by their chorizo, beans, and tortillas and honestly location. Anything here in Schertz Cibolo is not my #1 choice for Mexican food.
