I currently work as a cook and I really want to get out of here.... I've realized being in the kitchen just isn't my thing. Not that I can't do it, I'd rather find something I enjoy rather a job that literally bullies me for not being in culinary school and I'm not interested enough to go to school to be a chef.... I'd rather look into a job where I can make a ton of money/cash tips. Never been a server for more than 2 months with one business, didn't stay because I wasn't making enough money for gas to even go to work. I'm not opposed to it. I have management experience. I just want a fun bartending job. I have a kid and can only work after 3-4pm and I would like the cash tips. Eventually I would like to go to school but money is a bit of a problem.... Any places willing to hire someone like me? I'm curious... Maybe advise? I'm just so exhausted from how I'm being treated but the benefits are really good. I just don't make enough to be here anymore.
