Hello, I’m 35 years old, 6’0 and about 220. I’d like to get down to about 185-190. I know the hard work happens in the kitchen, but this is about getting active as well. Some of my interests would be walking/running, hiking, and weightlifting. One of my goals is to work up to doing the rock n roll marathon (or half marathon) in December. One of my biggest challenges is getting the motivation to be active! I’m looking for some friends to keep each other accountable to meet our individual goals. If you’re not able to meet in person, that’s not a problem, we can share apple fitness or do step challenges, we’ll find a way to make it work! This is for the motivation! I’d love to hear back from anyone interested. Thanks.
