S6 Stock Android

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, and if not i do apologize. But i am very interested in the S6 avtive, only without all the junk AT&T apps and whatnot that are just a waste of space. I know i can disable them in the phone, but that only takes them off the home screen if i interpreted correctly in the reviews.
What i'd like to do is just get stock android with no extras and load it on.
Is this possible? and if so is it easy / worth it?
