Should I get the S7 based on these specific requirements of mine. Please help!

Can someone please help. I want to buy a Samsung Galaxy S7, as I heard it has 4G of RAM and is fast. I have a Motorola Moto G play right now and it freezes from time to time, and when I try to open instagram or instacart, it gets stuck and I have to close it and restart it(IC more so). My phone has only 3GB of ram. Can you please tell me if Instagram and Instacart open for you fast or does it still lag for you upon trying to launch the apps? If you tell me it's fast and it opens, then I'll buy it. My phone only has 3GB of ram. So really want to know if the extra ram or different OS will make a difference. I need to make a decision by tomorrow. Thanks
