I had a disgruntle employee place a pin on a company cellphone.
I reached out to t-mobile for assistance and they referred me to Samsung 837 store.
Was told that if I do a hard reset that the phone would remain google locked, if he logged into his google account on this phone.
I haven’t gone to the store but they were quoting me $100 to “attempt” a pin reset(?) with no guaranty.
What are my options here with this phone?
I would like access to the phone since there is pertinent information regarding properties we manage on that phone. But its not the end of the world if it becomes inaccessible. Would the phone remain usable or just get a new phone?
Thanks in advance for any assistance
