Interesting issue with buds2 pro and mobile hotspot

I have 2 Samsung phones and just got a new pair of Buds2 pros. I use the hotspot from one phone to use the other one in the field. I was playing a YouTube video on the wifi phone and when I tried to link my buds to the wifi phone it forced my main phone to turn off mobile hotspot. I did that and then when the buds were linked to the wifi phone I turned the hotspot back on the main phone and then it force disconnected the buds from the wifi phone. Why?
