Hello. My girlfriend and I recently switched from Apple to Samsung. We got the s21 , at first we were pretty happy with them. But with more time of fooling with them I've found sound things thats a huge draw back to me. 1. The great battery that's advertised is very disappointing. I've been on my phone for about 10 minutes and the battery is already at 96%. 2. I bought ours straight out so it's unlocked. So I can't get send a received reports. 3.the phone quality on speaker is terrible people said they can barely hear me. While these complaints may sound trivial, I feel like they should be expected to be up par with Apple. Any tips on fixing these problems I'm having would be greatly appreciated before I send this phone back. Thanks.
