Weird z fold 4 settings on s24 ultra

So I just got my mom the s24 ultra and I used smart switch to transfer her data from her z fold 4. Only problem is that unlike most phones the z fold didn't have that app page when you swipe up, it would bring up recent apps and search phone bar. I assume it's something in the settings but I'm not sure what it's called. I also have an s24 ultra but when I swipe up it shows all the apps on my phone. Trying to fix this on my mom's phone. Anyone know how?
