I’ve been waiting almost eleven hours for an account verification code email so I can set up my new TV. I have re-requested it several times. It is NOT in my spam/junk folder.
I tried to get help through the Samsung website. I’m currently number 146 with estimated wait time of just over four hours. This is ridiculous!
Any ideas! If I don’t get help very soon, I’m sending the TV back.
