S23 Ultra to S24 Plus

Post Body

Currently have an S23 Ultra. I ended up going with the Google Fi deal and got the 512GB S24 for $450 USD. I know I can sell my S23 Ultra for a couple hundred more at least so honestly there's no money out of my pocket.

I had a real hard time deciding between the Ultra and Plus. I love my S23 Ultra, I'd say it's one of the best phones I've used (hardware wise at least). After thinking it over, I realized I hardly ever use the Spen and the only time I am using more than 3x zoom is maybe at a concert. The few occasions I've used the Spen have been for drawing, Lightroom, and signing PDF stuff. And I guess the wireless camera shutter. I've probably used it less than 25 times tho lol. Also, I'm a photographer so if I am in the mood to take pictures I'll have my Sony DSLR with me. I don't care about the fancy titanium or G0r!lLa gL@$S 69 screen, I always put a case and screen protector on anyway.

For me, the only cons are the 4900 vs 5000 battery and no big boy zoom. That is a miniscule mah difference tho and the smaller screen should make it about even with the Ultra. As for the cameras, I'm not too worried. The basic ones are the same as the Ultra. Also, I'm in the states so the Plus is Snapdragon 8.3

Did you guys go with the Ultra or Plus?
