Post Body

I'm not a massive fan of the sequels either.I've come around to them over the last few years(especially the Last Jedi which I now have as one of my favourites) but they still rank as my least favourite trilogy overall.

Why would Lucas buy back the series when fans shat on him constantly?Where did the constant talk of decanonizing the sequels come from?If they kept the prequels as canon despite the backlash they wont discard the sequels. Also wouldnt it be way easier to just recast?
