So I'm currently in the Mire area on my first playthrough, and my gear hasnt really changed in a long time so I was sorta wondering if there are things I should be getting and using.
I did the amber idol start and used the watching woods sanctuary to transmute a black widow after queen of smiles, which I'm still using as my secondary. Also found a stone mage around then, bought the class 1 staff, transmuted it into the class 3 staff and bought lightning barrage. Basically been using a combo of those two ever since.
For armour I'm still using the ragged assasain set (class 2 light, got directly after vertigo brand) and am stiing at about 40% weight.
for rings I'm using link of fire and sky, conduit of mind, crystalmote and the rolling one. Don't really know which weapon charms are good so I'm just using the damage increase one.

So basically am I missing things that would be better, or does your gear just not upgrade for a while with this type of character?
