Hey!! So I'm super new here, and I wanted to ask about whether or not my ideal genitalia could be a legitimate possibility.

How I imagine my ideal genitalia is that I want a dick that looks & acts natal (so like phalloplasty I think?) I want a dick/semi-long shaft that is big enough to jerk off with most of my hand, that gets pretty hard naturally (no inflation), and I can stand to pee with it. But I don't want balls and I want to keep my vagina/hole. I am not a fan of my labia (minora) though either, so I'd probably like that cut off to be used for foreskin.

Is this at all possible? I have heard of "phalloplasty without vaginectomy" but I've never seen photos of it, and overall I've assumed its basically just people mixing it up with metoidioplasty without vaginectomy. Metoid is something I've considered and if it's my only option I'd probably get it, but I'd definitely prefer to have a shaft that's bigger, so I'd want phallo most of all.
