I am 31, transfeminine agender. I have only received facial feminisation surgery and have been on hrt for over 2 years now.

I have shaky bottom dysphoria, where sometimes I just dont want to have "crowded" pants, mostly revolving around myself wanting an orchiectomy. But I do enjoy having sex phallically, I also want to experience it vaginally as well.

With that being said, I was curious if anyone who has had Phallus Preserving Vulva/Vaginaplasty, how is the sexual use of the phallic member post-op?

I do want to get this surgery, but I don't want to compromise any potential sexual performance as well.
