So I ran across this sub from the intersex groups, I have read a bit on here, and seem to fit quite well, I was born in the early 80's, my parents had been told they were having a girl from the ultra sounds, however when I was born I had a layer of skin over all of my genitals and they found both sex organs sitting almost over top of each other, they decided to release the male organs and do some reconstruction, this turned into 3-4 surgeries, and 2 more minor procedure's, they declared that I was male and told my family NEVER tell me, well in my early 20's I had a hormone issue and I was producing much more estrogen and my testosterone levels dropped dramatically! After going to the doctors and getting to understand what was going on it was all explained to me as best they could! I spent the next several years away from my family and was homeless for awhile. Any way that is a long time ago, now I am just looking to meet some new friends or find people I have things in common with, I hope that I am in the right place, I look forward to meeting you all and getting to know everyone better! :)
