Background:

I am a 50 yo transwoman. I am concerned about the impact on my body to attempt a very intense bottom surgery.

I hear that it Penile Preserving has these medical benefits:

1. - I want a neovagina that self-lubricates.
2. There is less complications wrt to UTIs and other UI issues because the urethra is not altered.
3. There is quicker recovery because a neovagina is created but existing organs are not altered.
4. If the result is bad, there is still the penile tissue available to attempt a Penile inversion vaginoplasty.
5. I can remove the penis and have a labia in a later surgery (reduces immediate intensity)
6. I can keep the testes in case HRT gets cut off (do the testes recover enough to start producing enough sex hormones so I am not completely fucked up)
