Post Body

Hey, ya'll just wanted your take on this situation. Currently wondering what a reasonable/realistic salary is for someone (me) with 1 year of consultancy experience. My main focus has been Service Cloud but I'm well-rounded in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and familiar enough with Pardot and MC as well as Flows. I'm the admin and business analyst for our clients one of which is a pretty big org.

I hold the admin certification and should have advanced admin by next week.

I see on this sub, discord, and in blogs about people making ~100k in my shoes, and I'm just wondering if that's BS or not.

What are your thoughts? I'm at 40k/yr ~40-50hrs/wk. Major SE city.

EDIT - Flows

1 yr consulting is 100-120k. Please donโ€™t accept less. Also just fyi, starting salary for a jr admin should be 60-70k.
