Need SF help and I am willing to pay $100 for 2 hours of your time

I am new to SF and am having a lot of issues with data anomalies with reporting and building dashboards etc. I just need someone to walk me through a few things so I am not so lost. We have SF implemented but the data was imported from HubSpot and none of it makes sense to me. Dates don't pull up in reports, duplicate reports show dups that are not actually dups, they are contacts and accounts that have relationships matches and I don't understand why. Dashboards are not dis[playing etc. I just need some help navigating all this and Trailblazer is way too convoluted. I m actually willing to pay 200 for 2 hours
