Interested in becoming a SF Admin, but would like more information from someone who has been in this role before I dive all in.

I have a lot of questions about how the entire training/certification work, what skills I should have already and what I’ll be learning, the best path to take for success, and realistic career expectations!

If anyone can help me or would be interested in a mentorship in FL it would be much appreciated.
