Do you mean how did I study? I used Trailhead,q1nqa' Mike's lectures, focusonforce for study guide and practice tests, and I paid $600 for an instructor lead class. If I had to do it again I'd just do Mike's lectures, and focusonforce for study guide and practice tests. I learned the most from those two sources.

I'm debating betweeen advanced Admin and Developer. I think advanced would be really linear and thus easier to get where as dev opens up way more job opportunities.

So my current role has 0 access to salesforce as an Admin or Dev. I'm in Sales, I'm very successful at sales but want to move into something fulfilling. That's the problem is I am making a CAREER change not just a role change that I can ease into.

So then at both Admin and Dev ends I am running into the same issue. Everyone wants experience (2 years ) and no one wants to give it. I guess my plan is to keep moving forward till someone notices!

So I am torn, I think that App Builder and Advanced Admin would have a lot of overlap with Admin 201. However, I see a TON of developer jobs available out there! Way more than admin.

Is it worth the time devoted to go after app builder / advanced admin or due to lack of devs just go for Developer
