To protect the integrity of the feedback I haven't changed anything recommended yet. I have just added the imgur. Thank you for all the feedback so far!

Thank you! I'm hoping someone of the hiring nature appreciates the size of my marbles enough to give me a shot sometime soon ;)

Thank you for the feedback! I guess I am struggling with industry terminology. As you highlighted if I was going for a sales role then I could jargon you all day and I know what key words to use.

Maybe that's where I need the most help is just to sit down with someone and go over what I've done and how to phase it within the resume.

On the topic of doing a roll-out I've been looking to support a non-profit in anyway but as with getting hired, a fresh admin doesn't inspire confidence in the non-profit to trust me to be that guy.

The one thing I have going for me is at my current company I have an architect level person about 60 ft from me that I can "harass" with questions or issues.

Hey if you know anyone! I'm heavily looking at the Dallas-Fort Worth area!

Just posted on craigslist offering my assistance in the area. I'm looking for other opportunities as well in that vein!

I have asked for this from my current admin.

She is based out of NYC and I am in Denver. I work for a fortune 100 company and they won't let me near the org with a 10ft pole even after passing 201.

I do talk to and discuss projects with another division's Solutions Architect but he can't rationally give me access to their instance either.
