So I have a few questions -

For those of you who still utilize change sets, or even those who use SFDX - when deploying/manifesting do you use any tools to reflect changes in the deployment? Like for example: New Field Added on Account [VIPCustomer_c, Checkbox, Default=False] etc?

Ive thought about writing an Apex class to iterate through an outbound change set to do this. Also wondering if org diff could do a summary like this.

Second Question:

Does anyone use the Change Request object for IT Change Management? Does it work well OOTB for SOC/HITRUST, etc…?
