How to break the fresher Catch-22 situation?

Post Body

It is no secret.

There are many freshers with less than 6 months experience who want to break into the Salesforce job market, however, hiring managers need experience.

How do we break this catch 22?

Wouldn't it be great if there could be a way to let a cohort of freshers help an actual customer, get hands-on experience, and then be eligible for jobs?

Any other ideas?

Honestly, I’d love to help do this.

I think if you had a consulting firm with a fair reputation you could offer services hours at reduced rates and people would eat that up! Have all work vetted by a Sr or Architect and boom done.

Just launched a consulting firm with a friend and secured our first 2 projects so… stay tuned lol

Edit: it wasn’t clear from my original message that I would hire freshers and foster them for 6-12 months specifically for the managed services side of the house.
