Hey there Amazing people.
Hope you all are having an amazing day and working smart to make that next sale.
It's been 6 months I have been into sales and now that I have switched to a new job my manager wants to have a CRM to make the sales process streamline and get few things done just to maintain data and build a better flow for us.
Things to know about our sales team:
• We are team of 10 out of which 1 is our MD and 1 is Senior manager (8 BDR's) • Team of 5 focus on end products and other half focus on raw materials • The raw materials team is Tech savy but the end product team is not.
Here are few things we expect from a CRM :
1) We want to keep a track record of every sale we made to each party and have a graphical representation of the history of it. (The buying pattern and frequency of business done by each party)
2) Categorise leads as per different buckets of products/category to specifically target prospects.
3) Run an email marketing campaign as well as get a report of the responses.
4) We have raw data in Excel so want to create a funnel and distribute those leads as per region to our BDR's.
5) Develop a sales funnel for leads with customisation to create our own unique sales funnel.
There are the main characters my MD wants in an CRM.
PS: I have basic experience of Salesforce as a BDR but currently we are working on Excel.
Open to recommendation to any sales/accounting/Logistics/Email/International calling (Important) apps we can use which have made your workflow easy.
Thanks a lot, your help means a lot to me and my team.
