Looking to add Closed Lost Notes Text Field

From what I've read, it looks like when you go to Closed Lost an Opportunity, it brings up Closed Lost Reason in that box (when clicking "Mark Stage as Complete"), but apparently you can't add a text box field in that same pop up.

My possible resolve was to create a flow that would bring a pop-up box after the initial Closed Lost/Lost Reason pop-up box, but I can't seem to figure out how I would do that. Any help would be appreciated - or other ideas on how I would be able to add the Closed Lost Notes text box.
