Hey guys. I have dual responsibilities as a leader in a SA consulting org. We sell Cyber Pro Serv and MDR. The ProServ leadership wants to be apart of scoping. Sales wants me to scope and be a demo monkey. I want to centralize solutions architecture (workshops, demos, pocs,povs etc), scoping statements of work, project management and customer success under a unified architecture team that doesn't report to sales, product or proserv. Have you all seen this in the past? Has it worked for your teams? Thanks!
