Advice for someone transitioning out of real estate/property management
Post Body

I've always had customer service and sales jobs. Was a dancer for six years, got REALLY good at making people feel liked, understood, and comfortable. Then I got a job managing an apartment complex and leasing the units, again more sales and customer service. I left that job to get my real estate license, which I now have, but was naive as to how much you really need to either come from money or have someone supporting you in some way to get that off the ground. Anyways, I'm looking for either a remote or hybrid (I'm in Detroit MI) sales position now and was hoping for guidance on a direction to go in, given my skills and experience. Obviously I know a lot about real estate, and I also love tech though I have no formal training (but am pretty good at teaching myself). Any advice?
