Advice for BDR who’s just starting out
Post Body

Hey all, I’m (22M) just wrapping my up my college career and I’ve accepted an offer from a very large SaaS firm to be a BDR selling ERP systems, starting in June. I’ll also be finishing up my MBA one or two classes at a time while I’m working and plan to be done by Christmas.

This summer I worked as a cold caller and did minimum 100 dials daily. Despite being overworked and underpaid I killed it in that role and have been told that my minimum for this gig is 50, which makes me excited to be in a less crazy environment.

I wanted to put this out there as a request for your sales tips and tricks for the phones. Theoretically if I hit my quota three months in a row I’ll be eligible for promotion in a year. What’s your advice for getting to AE asap?
