As title, is working at top of the funnel considered “worse” than other parts of the funnel? In my company there is only 4 people working top of the funnel who are 3 interns (me one of them) and our bdm manager (who only manages us, he doesn’t create new leads or contact them).

Everytime i speak with AEs they tell me “i know your job is so repetitive and nobody wants to do that… but…” fact is that so far (3 months) i really enjoy it because i like the idea of seeing my work turn into positive kpis and think that this can help me remain at the company for the future / improve my career.

Am i thinking something wrong?
