I've made a decision to jump ship from my current sales/account management position. I am under no duress, so I have a strong negotiating position. Interviews with companies have been rolling, mostly successfully, for second, and third interviews. Offers are shaping up. In one job offer, references are getting confirmed, and I believe they will offer me the position. I feel like I need to stall.
Other interviews are cooking. They are all solid companies. I have a unique skill set of experience in the AEC and logistics markets, among other things. And companies need that. I'm trying to figure out how to manage my job pipeline to the next opportunity. How do you manage multiple job offers? So you can land where you want?
