Hi there, apologies if this isn't the right place for a post like this. But I am curious if anyone has had to create a "roadmap" for their company's training plan. The idea is to show new hires visually what their trajectory with the company should look like. So for example:
Onboarding---------Month 1:Should have closed 1 deal Month 1-------------Month 2: Should have closed 3 deals.
And in between it shows what trainings they should have gotten for them to be able to achieve said expectation. I hope it makes sense. Any help from Reddit is much appreciated!
