Hey all I got 2 interviews set up next week with a company for a role. As a form of prep I wanted to better understand who I would be working under, hopefully see what resonated with them and better understand who they are as a person.
That got me thinking would it be a bad idea to reach out to his previous Companies VP of Sales(Recently made a job change 7 months ago) and hopefully get the opportunity to ask him 3-4 questions about him, and implement during interview process.
Is this doing too much, a bad idea, or fine?
