Let's talk referrals which sometimes feels like a sales unicorn. I do my best to ask for referrals. I might not religiously do it but I would say I have a decent track record. In this case I define a referral as going to a customer who has purchased from you and getting a referral to a different company. Do you have success getting these and if so, any tips or advice? To further clarify, yes I do get clients that leave a company, go to a new one and want to buy again, to me, this is not the referral type I'm talking about.
