             I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I am still on cloud nine from the visit and tour. I am feeling invigorated by the opportunity to tackle a new market and territory with [COMPANY]’s team and products. I want to express my utmost gratitude for your time and the potential to flex my sales muscle in a new territory. 

As requested, please consider the following as my base salary and relocation requirements. My base salary requirement range is $75,000-$85,00 with the proposed title of [METROPOLITAN] Territory Sales Manager. This range is based on my pivot from active life plans, proven skillset, experience, research in regard to the role, cost of living, and modest company earning potential evaluation based on [COMPANY] pricing and my average monthly pounds sold. I would appreciate a detailed breakdown of commission/bonus structure to better understand full earning potential. I fully acknowledge my extreme level of focus and dedication is not always a good thing for mental health, though it is for financial health.  In order to avoid burn out and ensure high levels of productivity I will require 25 days of PTO annually, willing to start from 0 and accrue however you see fit over the course of the first year. Health insurance is of utmost importance and I am willing to cover up to 30% of coverage cost. As discussed a relocation package amount of $5,000 would be acceptable to cover the majority of researched expenditures. I am fully confident in my ability to make measurable impact to current revenue and market presence.
