I have always fallen into my roles, never actively been sought after before. I got flown to a different state within 24 hours and after my interview I was asked for a list of demands — basically when I wanted.
I know what I want my base and relocation to be — my partner suggested adding 10k to what I think of as my ideal base— which after working strictly commission I’m going for my usual annual pay out.
going to add health benefits to my list.
Any other suggestions or ideas for realistic requests when being head hunted?
