Crazy AF client being mean

Day 1:

Speaks with the client on the phone about setting up a zoom call to show them company demo and do an intro the next day for an hour.

Sends email invite.

Day 2:

The client is 10 minutes late to zoom.

I send an email to reschedule at their convenience.

The client emails me back and says they want to speak to a supervisor and don't have enough time.

I call.

Client: UMMM HELLO.

Me: Hi _____, I just saw your email. I was waiting since 1:55 on zoom. I have us booked for an hour. Should we continue on zoom?

Client: NO. I don't have enough time to do zoom. Also, I don't check my emails. My assistant does. I only check it for you. I didn't see a zoom. I’m running two franchises, and I don't have enough time to do this. I only 15 minutes. I want to talk to your supervisor after the call as well.

Me: Okay, _____. I can connect you with my supervisor, and I will need to know why.

Client: Don’t worry about that. I’ll tell them myself.

Me: Okay, well, I can not give you their info without you telling me why.

Client: I don't have to do tell you anything I don't want to.

Me: Okay.

Client: repeats how they don't have time, and I didn’t tell her that it was a zoom call.

Me: Mam’ we spoke on the call about showing you a demo of ________, and I do understand running two businesses doesn’t leave you with a ton of time because many of my clients are in similar positions; therefore, I’d love to still show you ______ with the time that we have or schedule for another time at your convenience although I do want to be clear, I included the zoom link in the email calendar invite that was accepted and was included not once, but twice.

Client: EXCUSE ME. FIRST OF ALL, I will definitely need to speak to your supervisor after this call, and second of all, DO NOT compare to your clients; I am not like them and ALSO let me correct myself, I’m not stressed, IM BLESSED to be having two businesses so do not compare me.

I still showed them a demo and they wanted to talk for the full hour. They were full of bullshit from the very beginning.

I know small business owners are stressed but holy macaroni is tough to work with clients that are just miserable bullies. Days like this makes me want to change careers or have a way to tell them, hey we're never doing business with you.
