How long did it take you to get ramped up?

I’ve been in my role for roughly 2 months. I’m learning a lot and just presented to 20 people at a virtual conference. I also had a demo in which my boss sat in to give me pointers. He said it still sounds like I’m reading from a script and need to sound more confident l. I imagine this is like when I first started cold calling in which I eventually became relaxed and good. How long did it take you all start closing deals?
