Best Modern Phone Service for Small Business?

We’re looking to set up a phone service that has the following features:
- CRM integration
- Call tracking
- Call redirecting / phone trees
This is for a small business. We currently use 8x8, but have been frustrated by its outdated feel. Looking for a more modern solution with better technology and interface. Curious if anyone here has a system they really like?
