Views on long vacations?

What are your thoughts on long vacations? Iām the type of person that if I am going to take time off I love to go visit another country. I have co-workers that travel multiple times a year in small increments like a week at a time or multiple fridays/mondays off. Do you have a negative view point of people that just fuck off for two weeks after grinding for a while?
