hey guys I will keep it short. I am very excited/nervous this week as I have both my final interviews. I am a year out college grad switching from healthcare to sales. one company specializes in enterprise software sales and the other is a financial tech startup. I would be startling as a BDR in the software sales and itβs a pretty big company. However the fintech company is a smaller business but they have been backed by a huge investment and seem to be doing amazing. They also seem to treat there employees very nice. Iβm wondering how you guys weigh out the different pros/cons best in sales when comparing offers? Also is there any way about negotiating salaries if one were to get both? Thanks
